Get libraries
Returns smart contract library code by hash. Some contracts reference shared libraries instead of including all code directly. When a library reference appears in contract code, this endpoint fetches the actual library implementation.
X-API-Key<token>
API key header of the form X-API-Key: <token>, where <token> is the API key. Requests without a key are limited to 1 RPS. Refer to the authentication guide for details.
